A few years ago I saw a man

Standing by the side of his work van

It was to be stroke of luck for me

Because his work speciality

​

Was plumbing and yearly boiler checks

As I sat there thinking "what the heck"

​

No harm in asking if maybe he

Could come and check my boiler for me

​

And since that very fortunate day

There is something that I want to say

I'm glad a chance meeting in a car park
