There's a man walking around our village

with a camera in his hand

We're all wondering what he is doing

could it be some council scheme plan

Although he doesn't look very dangerous,

but maybe he could be a spy

It might not just be a harmless camera

but a machine with an infrared eye

That can pierce right though outside walls

and see what you're watching on TV

Is it possible that he's doing under cover

work for the BBC

Maybe they think in our village there are

many people over the age

Of 75 years old who once received a

free license and now have not paid

Perhaps he's working freelance for the

papers or our local magazine

We'll just have to wait for the next edition

then we'll know for sure what he's seen

When he's been walking around our

village with a camera in his hand

Or maybe we should just ask the council

to tell us what is being planned.
